Orange County Games maintains a large, in-house parts and service department staffed with personnel who are experienced with just about any problem you may encounter. New equipment is assembled and subject to our service check list. Used equipment goes through a rigorous checklist of procedures that minimizes the risk of required service. Every effort is made to ensure that any purchased equipment, new or used, has been thoroughly checked out before it leaves our building.

However, in the event you do have a problem, we offer the following warranties:

  • For on-site purchases: We are proud to offer the same warranty on our refurbished games as we do for new equipment. Our warranty for games purchased on-site, and for clients that are local, is 60 days parts and labor. This warranty is in-shop. On-site warranty service is available for an additional charge.
  • For on-line/out-of-area purchases: If parts are needed, return the defective part within sixty days and we'll be happy to repair or replace the part, if it is available. We will offer phone support for all labor issues for a period of sixty days at no charge for on-line purchases. We do not cover labor charges if you require a technician at your home.
  • The 60 day warranty period is standard unless otherwise advertised with your product purchase. Many of our games are offered with extended warranty periods.
